stop people. do not watch this video by all means. please do not endanger your intellect and tarnish this movement by watching this corporate sponsored conspiracy video.

everything in it is a setup (confirmed by McDanger) he won't reveal his source, but he has indisputable proof that it was all a very elaborate setup and not the 'real' Zuccatti Park protest.

lol. megapwnt by jon stewart.

Are you ready for internet censorship?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act
also known as H.R.3261, was introduced in the United States House of Representatives on October 26, 2011, by Representative Lamar Smith [R-TX] and a bipartisan group of 12 initial co-sponsors. The bill is intended to expand the ability of U.S. law enforcement and copyright holders to fight online traffic in copyrighted intellectual property and counterfeit goods.[2] Now before the House Judiciary Committee, it builds on the similar PRO-IP Act of 2008 and the corresponding Senate bill, the Protect IP Act.[3]

"Lobbying firm's memo spells out plan to undermine Occupy Wall Street

A well-known Washington lobbying firm with links to the financial industry has proposed an $850,000 plan to take on Occupy Wall Street and politicians who might express sympathy for the protests, according to a memo obtained by the MSNBC program “Up w/ Chris Hayes.”
The proposal was written on the letterhead of the lobbying firm Clark Lytle Geduldig & Cranford and addressed to one of CLGC’s clients, the American Bankers Association.

CLGC’s memo proposes that the ABA pay CLGC $850,000 to conduct “opposition research” on Occupy Wall Street in order to construct “negative narratives” about the protests and allied politicians. The memo also asserts that Democratic victories in 2012 would be detrimental for Wall Street and targets specific races in which it says Wall Street would benefit by electing Republicans instead.

According to the memo, if Democrats embrace OWS, “This would mean more than just short-term political discomfort for Wall Street. … It has the potential to have very long-lasting political, policy and financial impacts on the companies in the center of the bullseye.”
The memo also suggests that Democratic victories in 2012 should not be the ABA’s biggest concern. “… (T)he bigger concern,” the memo says, “should be that Republicans will no longer defend Wall Street companies.”"

These are fucking college kids protesting tuition hikes on a campus THEY pay tuition at. Nothing they did (sitting in the middle of the Quad which people do 24/7 anyway) warranted that type of response. They might be aligned with the general spirit of the Occupy movement, but they weren't unwelcome anarchists with a totally nebulous agenda.

But you're right. People are probably going to die at some point because of the cause. Somebody already did in Oakland, despite whatever the media says.

Ehh, Bagram is big and has some of everything. There are people there who work pretty much banker's houses doing totally non-combat related stuff, and there are bleeding-edge super-duper pointiest tip of the spear units there, too.

Good to see the police still have the right to pepper spray non-violent people for not following their orders. Why do we need a judicial branch when the police can dole out punishment right on the spot?

they deserve everything they ask for. fucking setting up camps in peoples cities, shutting down traffic, and businesses, and peoples lives.. raping kids, scores of women, instigating violence, breaking into buildings, vandalizing private property...... and then they expect these people to sit around silently and take it up the ass

people are sick of them b/c they've provoked enough hate and violence, without providing a single positive to society.

ha. even their own camps are broken into "ghettos and hipster rich areas" hahaha. they expect to lead us to 'equality' and can't even agree worth shit themselves.

they'll rip themselves to shreds anyways sooner or later. so who cares. haha.

the hippies are lucky that this is the USA and all they are getting is pepper sprayed they wouldn't be as fortunate in other countries where people have genuine reasons to protest, not because they are lazy worthless unproductive hippies that have no clue how good they really have it in America

police are getting a lot of flack for doing their job that includes putting their life on the line everyday...based on the "types" of people I have seen at these protests they are sissys that would be the first to scream for the help of the police

Police use of force does not require a violent threat to the officers, just for the record. They are allowed to use any amount of reasonable force to affect an arrest or handle a given situation.

OWS = a just shitty version of the taliban

trying take over a government and society and disrupt the lives of others and instigate as much violence and hate as possible in the process

except one group has the balls to use IED's to take out the ppl they hate. these guys though are only at the 'jump barricades into private businesses and try to shut down traffic and financial sectors to major metropolitan areas' phase.
