It's the perfect dress for pool and beach parties, IMO, especially for Central and South Florida. We tend to go a little drag queen/Brazilian hoochy in SoBe. Definitely not appropriate for most other settings. Not sure where else you'd even where it. I think it would scream "hooker" if you wore it to a restaurant.

Man, I cannot imagine the people-watching at a Drake concert or Kesha concert.

i have a red dress from express i bought for like 100 bucks a few years ago. worth the money imo. it's a higher quality piece, classic style. I can dress it up or down.

No wash, they just have little rhinestones around the pockets. One already came off so they should be gone by the second or third wash. Only jeans I can find that fit are in the juniors section, so I have to take what I can get.

^ try the kids section at Target. Those jeans are a bit shorter and they'll fit petite gals. And they're super cheap.

I'm 5'7" but with short legs, and kids jeans at Target work great.

^^Yes, and loft has 000 sizes now, especially in their petite section. I bet if you put on a pair of 00P jeans, they would fit (based on what you've told me before).

Petite has more to do with the cut of the fit than with just the length of the hem.
