no one knew we didn't have copy paper b/c the FOM didn't do inventory--who discovers it? ME
no one knows how to change the meter tape in the postage machine--who does? ME
no one knows how to do the letters, labels, and packaging for videotapes/DVDs--who trains them? ME
no one knew who our vendor was for the vending machine--who did? ME
no one knows how to change the phone passwords, IDs, and outgoing messages--who does? ME
no one knows which provider for radiology, EMS, and ER corresponds to which hospital, which HIPAA, and which billing agent--who do they ask? ME
