Ughh my face breaking out too and I can't pinpoint why. By process of Omarion I'm starting to think it the powder I put on my face. For the past couple of weeks I thought it was my moisturizer that has SPF in it so I went without it, just using my regar moisturizer but then sunday I put on some powder and then today and yesterday my face has gome crazy... Ugh

Yea I like that color. Also teal would be better. I convinced an ex to get that color nail polish. Only because I had another ex that wore it and I always thought it was super sexy.

Yes! I just ordered 2 more Lands End Polo Shirt Dresses at 1/2 price. I have two that I love, but I've lost enough weight that they're now shapeless potato sacks. I'm really excited to get new ones in a better and smaller size.

ATTN: DIVA/others that like to online shop-

please keep an eye out for a simple, strapless black dress for me. my bf got me an AMAZING, over-the-top, ridiculously sparkly vintage cleopatra collar necklace, and I'm pretty sure that is the only thing I can wear it with. we're meeting in Chicago in a few weeks and doing something fancy-schmancy so I can wear the necklace out

requirements - must work with a strapless bra (I'm a 34DD so going braless isn't optimal, unless it has built-in boning or tie-in-the-back support). I prefer knee-length or above. form-fitting is fine, but a-line is also okay (as long as it doesn't poof at the waist - I have big hips).

You should post a price point too.

Also, can you describe the necklace, or post a picture (colors, material, etc).

J Crew/Banana Republic and White House Black Market all carry staple strapless black dresses.

oops sorry guys. pricepoint = <$100, preferrably on the lower end since I will most likely only wear it once (I HATE going strapless)

fabric - I'm pretty open, except for like knit or latex. probably the less detail/texture the better.

here is a pic of my 1950's les bernard cleopatra collar (pic doesn't do it justice. it's so beautiful)

Are you set on black? The necklace is gorgeous and doesn't limit your color options.

If I can throw myself in the queue of "please help me," I need tips on going-out clothes.

I guess I haven't found my comfort/style zone for this kind of thing, because I always tend to feel 1) underdressed 2) like I'm wearing work clothes, or 3) like I just came from a wedding instead of going to a bar.

I'm 5'0" and have small boobs that keep me from being able to wear anything that hinges on cleavage. I usually gravitate more toward dresses, but in cases like this I'd like to know how to build more outfits with pants/skirts and just haven't been able to figure out much that consistently works for me. I hate skinny jeans.

I'm not dead set on black, but I love black dresses, and I think it is the most simple and elegant option. plus, it takes off a few pounds which I'm not going to cry about

How would you feel about something longer than knee length (not floor length though)? I agree with strapless, but I almost think a longer dress would do that necklace more justice. I'm not sure. I'm browsing though!!

I would be open to right below the knee, if it was form-fitting. anything else makes me look super dumpy.

okay FINE I don't need strapless, but that opens a huge can of worms re: LBD's

i find the majority to be pretty much universally unflattering, weighing down/covering up the cleavage with this sad frowny face line between the two pits. ugh.

I'm with you on "goofy shoulder" but I think you either want it touching the dress or far away from it

the scoop neck is a little close

I just started taking the generic for Celexa....an anti-depressant. I'm having really horrible heartburn. I'm scared to take anything for it because I'm afraid of side effects. And it's too late to call the dr.....and google isn't much help. Any ideas?

You're going to have to check individual heartburn meds, but there are drug interactions at least one (Prilosec).

I have looked through probably 35 websites trying to find a dress that will work.

This is really all I've come up with that will (in theory) work with my body, my budget, and the necklace. I'm a bit worried about the casual-ness of the fabric but reviews said this could be dressed up or down. Thoughts?

Because the fabric of that dress cheapens the whole look of it....and your necklace is too nice to wear with a cheap ass dress like that

Diva, I'm going to post some pics later of an outfit I put together. I'm not sure if I'm killing it or missing it

I got this beautiful navy lace dress from banana but felt like it needed a belt so I found this brown & gold belt that I think works w it. Shoes are tough but I may have figured it out... Will post a whole outfit pic later today when the lighting is better bc of the dark fabric it's hard to see any detail in a pic

This wouldn't be that much more expensive, plus it has straps so you could wear it again.
