Anyone who we have to throw money at from this point on is a piece of shit. None of these coaches are worthy to coach at NC State unless they WANT to be a part of the Duke/UNC/NC State situation. Any coach who doesnt is a fucking pussy and can keep his sorry ass where he is. I dont want someone who will do it just because we're paying him to. They better want it, or they wont be here long anyway. We'll run him out of town if we feel like he's not trying or thinks its impossible...just ask Herb about that.

NO established good coaches that already are entrenched in their programs are going to WANT to come here if not for a big pay raise. then, when we offer the big pay raise, their school doesn't want to lose them, so they offer a big raise of their own. then the coach gets the best of both worlds in that they have much more money to stay where they were already comfortable.
