^ heh, the last 2 local shows I have been to have had ones in shitty condition hitting 700 and up. Of course thats with aftermarket 'TactiCool' looking stocks not the factory wood one, but then thats also with 1 mag if any and no scope rail.

Like I said. The walmarts that have them are a good deal, but folks throw a single 30 rd mag and a >$100 plastic stock on them and then tack 200-400 onto the price tag. This one is in nice condition, and does have some 30 rounders with it, as well as a scope rail. looking for for at least 500 for the gun with rail and 2 plastic mags.

What model M&P? how many mags, barrel length, subcompact/fullsize, case? holster?

If anyone is looking for a CCH Class/Instructor, I highly recommend Chuck Gentry. I (and at least one other TWW'er) took the course with him yesterday (1/17/09).

I thoroughly enjoyed the class, the entire time. It did take a whole day, but Chuck kept things interesting. He's a dynamic, entertaining, and comical speaker, with lots of interest and experience. He's a LEO and knows his stuff.

It was $65 (cash only) for our class, though this may change slightly, depending on the venue. We were at the Durham at a Ruritan Club. The course included instruction, booklet, written test, and shooting demonstration. They also had coffee and doughnuts for a morning snack. For lunch they grilled out (while we were in class); had BBQ chicken, beans, potatoes, etc. There's a break about every hour or so.

All we had to take was a NCDL, cost in cash, gun, box of ammo, eyes & ears.

He did have a few guns & ammo you could use (buy the ammo though) as well as some eyes & ears.

I have for sale a Taurus PT111 subcompact 9mm pistol. It is approximately a year old, so it is the newest generation (not the ones that have issues). It has between 1k and 1.5k rounds through it, so it's light to moderately used.

It was always cared for properly and meticulously cleaned/lubed after use, and has been my EDC piece for the past year. Never had a single malfunction as long as I've owned the gun, and have been very satisfied with it.

It has slight holster wear on the slide from carrying it, just a smooth spot in the matte finish. You can see it in the first photo, just above the words "PT111 PRO" on the slide, and the other side has a less prominent, but similar mark.

I'm asking $325 for the gun and C-Tac holster, and includes the original case, cleaning tool, paperwork, etc. - everything that came with the gun.

the only thing I would change would be the trigger pull length (there is alot of travel with a good amount of weight behind it)

I love this one too, but I'm moving it out to pay for my new XD-9. I decided to go to a service pistol so I could do more competition work and not have to keep two guns and equipment sets. It makes a wonderful EDC gun though - light weight and very concealable.

I've got a Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical that I'll sell.

I got the gun straight from Rock Island as a replacement for a defective one.
I've fired exactly 56 rounds through it.
It feeds 230gr FMJ just fine (shot 50 rounds) but would jam on some 185gr JHPs that I hand loaded (shot 6 rounds of those).
The jams were due to the bullet's shape, which is short with a really wide hollow point (I'm sure you know not every 1911 will feed a HP).

About the gun:
-full size (goverment)
-parkerized finish
-beavertail grip safety
-full length guide rod
-commander style hammer
-ambi safety
-plain Novak's style drift adjustable sights (Novak's style, not real Novak's)


The gun comes with the RIA plastic box, instruction manual, one Novak's 8 rd magazine, and a like new Blackhawk Serpa holster.
The gun costs $450-500 new and this one has only 56 rounds through it. The holster was $35 new.

Price is $400, cash only. Price is $420 if I have to make a special trip to Raleigh, otherwise you'd have to wait for a weekend.
I live in Rocky Mount.
Pistol buying permit or copy of CHL & DL required.

If you want, you can add the following:

I have a .45 Taurus Millenium Pro for sale. It's this exact one:

It has had less than 500 rounds through it with no malfunctions whatsoever. I actually just went and shot 20 rounds through it today just to make sure before i posted to sale. Comes with a hard case, key for embedded security system, and an extra 10 round mag.

I also ordered an ankle holster for it about a month ago but it was on back order and will be shipped soon, i'll throw it in for free when it comes.

Looking for no lower than $300, also i will trade for an full size XD 9mm or maybe another similar 9mm.

Okay, finally got pics.
It took a while cause the gun was apart for cleaning and I didn't put it back together (that was months ago)

To recap, for $400 you get:
-Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical, almost new condition, with brown painted grips (not the ones pictured).
-Original box and manual
-One factory 8 rd Novak's mag (Novak's are factory for the RIAs)
-Like new Blackhawk Serpa holster, all black color

The buyer has the option of also buying:
-$20 the checkered wood grips in the pics
-$15 new 8rd Novak's mag (same as factory mag), black with plastic base
-$15 new 8rd Kimber mag, blued with welded base
