Damn, I want to play him. I would beat his ass. I probably have played as much FIFA 10 as he has played soccer in 2009.

Feilhaber Out (ankle)

Another one is added to the injury list. On the bright side maybe Bob Bradley will call some of us tww posters into camp and let us be reserves on the team since no other American men will be healthy enough to play by May. I'm starting rec league in about another 2, or 3 weeks for the first time in 13 years.

per his twitter, Davies is back training in France now. He's my fucking hero.

and Freddy Adu just scored for the 2nd game in a row, nice. He's an extreme longshot for the WC but I'm glad he's finally found somewhere to play

there's the Adu goal - more of a great pass than the finish, but it's still nice to see him scoring goals

Feilhaber and Davies have been the best two surprises so far. Hopefully they're 100% come June.

I don't really like how the numbers are off to the side like that

I'll still probably buy one though

No need for that stripe across the front. A solid blue kit would have been worth a purchase.

I like the sash because of its historical value, though I'm still waiting for another red shirt with a navy sash like the DTOM kit.

Findley has been pretty terrible at controlling the ball against good defenders so far in this game. otherwise weve played pretty well against the Oranje

ouch...holden just got a nasty tackle from nigel de jong....he might be out here....and ill be fucking mad if so

yep holden looks to be out of this game, hopefully not for long.

whooooaa. torres nearly scores from about 30 out

[Edited on March 3, 2010 at 3:22 PM. Reason : beasley in...who knows what to expect from him]

lol at england losing to egypt...

Quote :
"Upson fell over as Zidan trapped a great pass into his feet and he slipped the ball past Green with ease."

hahaha so basically england are stuck with a mental case terry and an 80 year old ferdinand at center back. england have no backup center backs and no left back. and the US arent looking terrible against the dutch in amsterdamn, so i am not scare of england at all this world cup

and bornstein awesomely brings down sneijder in the box.

Kuyt scores PK. 1-0

[Edited on March 3, 2010 at 3:32 PM. Reason : lol at the england fans booing Terry, hilarious]

[Edited on March 3, 2010 at 3:33 PM. Reason : handball in the box no called. holland should have a 2nd PK]

US doesn't look too good after 1st half. Donavon hardly touched the ball.

bornstein and findley are trash

lol at JPDC, "Good first half for the US," really? You mean, "The US was completely dominated in that half except for one good long range shot from Torres?"

what are you guys talking about? i thought it was a good half. holland had like 3 maybe 4 shots with none of those being too dangerous. we defended them well except for the PK. if Findley knew how to dribble we could have had good chances created. torres was also a whisker away from scoring and we wouldve been ahead at that point. plus we are playing in amsterdam against a loud crowd.

all that without donovan doing much. im happy with that half had this been a world cup game. plus were without several starters cause of injuries.

[Edited on March 3, 2010 at 3:45 PM. Reason : this is a top 5 team in the world at home, this isnt el salvador or some shitty ass team]

it wasn't a terrible half or anything but it wasn't good

they had like the 75% of possession and 1-0 was very lucky

and beasley is still garbage...its too late for him to make a comeback into this team.

1-0 wasnt very lucky. they didnt do anything with the few chances they created. they are passin around like arsenal. you can do that all day and you arent gonna scare anyone if you never shoot

as i say that they nearly score

Yeah, he's pretty terrible. I've seen him play well in maybe one or two games, but usually I cringe when the ball gets anywhere near him.

What kind of mickey mouse shit was that dive the Dutch just pulled?

** I just turned it on a second ago, but apparently the Dutch goal was a horrible dive-given PK?

American announcers suck to listen to when you're not really watching and just kind of following along and looking up whenever shit's going down. Dellacamera gets all loud at the stupidest times

^^^^bornstein was pulling on sneijders shirt as he went by him in the box. he may have went down easy i cant remember what it looked like, but it had to be called a PK for the obvious shirt pull

Bornstein can't be a starter in the WC, if we want to do well. Donovan needs to be in the center of the field and not on the wing where he can't do anything.
