it drives me absolutely insane that i can send the receptionist an email or message informing her of something and she doesn't check it...needles and outlook should be open at all times while at work b/c there is constantly a message on a case or something going on in the office that is announced...

i told her and melissa at 10:51 about my lunch plans and she comes in here just now like "well what am i gonna do!?!"
but of course she didn't read the follow up message from melissa saying she had it covered

oh i feel your pain as well......the best receptionist we ever had as far as work ethic and intelligence (or maybe just a bit of common sense) fucked up b/c her personal life got in the way of work so we had to let her go...since then we haven't been able to find a good one.

and i've never really had a problem with the other ones personality wise though they needed help in the work ethic and common sense dept...but this one i just don't get along with personally and some of the things she does drives me up the wall!

like so far today she's transferred 3 calls to me on cases that aren't even mine...they are melissa's...melissa gets my calls, i get hers...it's like--check the friggin case screen to make sure you are in fact transferring the call to the right person!
