I'm watching that LSU/ Auburn barn-burner from 2007 on ESPN U right now and I'm wondering...

Does Todd Blackledge still do his "Taste of the Town?" I miss that segment. Why did they break him and Mike Patrick up? Mike Patrick, while not a favorite of mine by any stretch, was someone that I was used to b/c he used to handle a lot of the ACC telecasts. Anybody know the deal about this?

I had hoped for the 2009 season that we would do something to honor Corey Smith and Edrick Smith, the two former players that passed this season. A sticker on the helmet, a patch on the jersey, a ceremony, SOMETHING. I've been really disappointed about the lack of anything to pay homage to them.

Of all of the new coaches that the league hired from 99-01, I think Groh will probably be the last man standing. I think the fat man is done at maryland soon. Groh's guys just step it up at the right time and don't quit. Not sure when Grob at Wake was hired but regardless, if you had told me that those 2 coaches would have lasted the longest out of Bowden, Amato, and Bunting, I would have said no way.
