You know, I'm mildly surprised Coughlin is even letting the offense attempt to get a TD and not just kicking the field goal. This game has seen plenty of turnovers and near-turnovers, definitely enough to make a coach nervous.

^ OK, I guess Coughlin has had a chance to see the end of hte Ravens game.

So yeah, it was the same guy who let the ball hit his knee which led to a Giants touchdown.

Quote :
"The ball bounced off of the right knee of Kyle Williams and was picked up by the Giants. The ruling on the field was that the 49ers did not touch the ball, but upon review that call was overturned. Here is a gif of the ball hitting the knee, which was blown up by FOX:"

The Patriots vs. The Giants is like a Carolina vs. Duke game to me

Nobody to cheer for I want both teams to lose

That snap was so aweful and Weatherford saved it.

What a difference a new punter makes. We only missed the playoffs last year because of Matt Dodge.

At least last time we were guaranteed either an undefeated system or an epic choke job. There is absolutely nothing good about this rematch and I have never been less excited for a super bowl. I agree the best scenario is an asteroid destroys the stadium and saves us from this shitty game.

Pats versus Giants.
Manning versus Brady

.... I don't think I'm going to watch ESPN for the next few weeks. The game'll be worth watching, but the coverage will be painfully boring.

Of course we will watch but doesn't mean we will enjoy it. The commercials will be worth watching more than the game for a change. A Jacksonville vs Seattle Superbowl would be more enjoyable to watch than these two teams again.

welp, no need to play this game. the giants won earlier in the season, so we know who the better team is. we should let the chargers play instead of NE

how can any self-respecting Jets fan root for your #1 rival the Patriots? that's like a Mets fan rooting for the Phillies in the World Series no? there are some things you just don't do and that is one of them. put aside your bullshit feelings for the Giants and root for the city/region then.

^^^ That's what happens when you make a point of opening your mouth, and then realize you can't back it up. Don't be sore about it. And rooting for the Patriots? You're a fucking bitch for that.
