Sucks for our post depth. Losing Painter is gonna hurt even more now unless something unexpected happens. We definitely could have used his depth...but he wasn't going to make us any better next year. Definitely could have improved in the years to come and been a solid player, but this really only hurts us in the depth category. Fucker has a butt ugly ass shot and is a poor mans Julius Hodge (less of a handle).

Sour grapes aside...I still would have been happy had we landed him just to spite Duke.
