One of my opponents this week had Arian Foster, Antonio Brown, Dez Bryant, and Plaxico. He left Todd Heap in the lineup, which had me optimistic...until around 2 pm when Arian Foster already had 30 points. I didn't stand a chance this week.

Jesus christ, I could have played delone carter or starks, and I started this loser Torain instead.

I also have 2 BYE week spots that I couldn't fill, so it would have been an amazing victory to win with 2 empty spots.

Seriously, why couldn't my opponent have had ANYONE on bye this week??? I've gotten everyone on their best performances.

And FML if McFadden is out for a long time.

Wonderful that the Colts are shitting the bed tonight so they can keep their Luck sweepstakes bid going. Brees & Sproles are drilling me square in the ass.

ugh, all these points and only 1 rec for henderson

I wasn't expecting much from him but I picked him up to fill in for an injury and it would really help if he got something.

What do you all think about Chris Johnson for the rest of the year? He seems to have a couple of pretty favorable matchups down the stretch, and I was thinking about offering the guy:

Mendenhall and Garcon(or Brandon Lloyd) for Johnson?

My other RBs are AP, Matthews, and Stewart, and my other WRs are Bryant, Smith(car), Nicks and Lloyd (we play 2 rb, 3 wr, and no flex).

His WRs are Welker, Bowe, Little, and Heyward-Bey.

thoughts?

I'm not high on Chris Johnson this year, that offense has gotten worse each week it seems.

I play in 3 leagues. I picked up D. Murray in all 3 leagues...I started him in 1.

I was still up by thirty before Brees played

McFadden's injury scared the shit out of me this weekend (also cost me an upset victory over league's best team).

Looking to shop him around for a lower end #1 RB and #1 WR. What would be a good combo type package for him if someone is welling to sell?

League commish vetoed these 2 trades (I'm not involved in either of them):
MJD and Michael Crabtree for Frank Gore
and
Aaron Hernandez for Greg Olsen and Ryan Grant

I'd agree that both trades have a winner and a loser...but not veto worthy, IMO. Whatever.

^Not really sure how to handle that, I had previously set the standings to fractional points to avoid ties (of the whole # variety). I didn't really expect someone to tie down to the tenth haha.

you guys could run a lap around the park to determine the winner, but if its questionable, maybe there will be some gay marriage ceremony with video cameras and you can determine the winner that way

i'm thinking about picking up Bernard Scott to play next week @SEA since Ced Benson has a 1 game suspension and due to bye weeks, my only other option is Jahvid Best, who probably won't play

Who do you think is going to be the better RB down the stretch?

Ryan Matthews or Rashard Mendenhall? Matthews has outperformed Mendenhall by far up to this point, but I am wondering if he can avoid injuries and keep up the pace. Should I sell high on him?

Basically I am looking to package either Mendenhall or Matthews and a WR to a couple teams that are running out of options in the WR core thanks to injuries or byes.

^ I would keep Mathews, personally. Mendenhall has had injury issues already this season as well.

I need 1 WR and 1 flex:
WRs
David Nelson vs. washington
Percy Harvin vs. Carolina
Robert Meachem vs. St. Louis
RBs
Maurice Morris vs. denver
Jackie Battle vs. san diego

Bradshaw, Mathews and Calvin Johnson are already starting.

So, which 3 RBs should I start?

Frank Gore vs Cleveland
LeSean McCoy vs Dallas
Fred Jackson vs Washington
DeMarco Murray vs Philly
Pierre Thomas vs St. Louis

I've been rolling with the top 3 all season but man those other two matchups are tempting.

not THAT tempting. You have to roll with the top 3 there. I know murray and thomas have good matchups, but they also split carries with choice and sproles respectively, even worsening their chances of having huge games. plus if Philly plays up (and they usually do for Dallas) look for Romo to start airing it out, which further devalues Murray.

Roll the top 3.

Got a trade offer on the table - PPR leage - TD passes 4 points

I give Philip Rivers and Ryan Matthews
I get Matt Stafford and Jordy Nelson

I have Phil, Big Ben, Fred Jackson, Matthews, Tolbert, Greene, Ingram, Andre Johnson, Miles, Bowe, Hey-Bey

Thoughts?

Thoughts on this trade:

Team A gives:
Dez Bryant
Pierre Garcon

Team B gives:
Andre Johnson

Team B's other WRs are : Torrey Smith, Denarius Moore, and Malcolm Floyd

thoughts?

^^^ I wouldn't do the trade. Matthews is just too much better than nelson. Stafford is slightly injured as well and rivers is more likely to get a TD on a qb sneak.

Pick 1 flex:
Morris
Battle
Harvin
Meachem

Since Matty Ice has a bye week, I'm left with scraps to take his place:

Bradford is my backup, but he's useless, so I'll probably drop him for one of these notable FA:
McCoy @ SF
Alex Smith v CLE*
Tebow v DET
Ponder @ CAR*
Kolb, Cassel, Beck, Gabbert are also there, but not worth considering

*my top choices... but who should I pick up?

Turner is on a bye week. Who to start at RB in his place:

Benjarvus Green Ellis
Mike Tolbert
Mark Ingram
DeMarco Murray (if I can get him off waivers)

Murray is my first choice if I get him. Otherwise I'm leaning towards the Law Firm.
