Next person to bitch about the super bowl being a rematch needs to be gang-raped by columbian druglords.

And I'm not a fan of either team.

You too can look like this with access to state of the art workout facilities, trainers, position coaches, nutritionists, supplements, and a job that requires physical fitness.

NY Giants Punters

2010

2011

I don't think there is a more underrated position in any sport.

^^Where do you personally rank punters on their importance on a football team?

I don't think you can rank one position vs another, I just feel that punters don't get nearly the recognition they should for what they do.

Kickers in general don't get the credit they deserve. Most of the time you only really notice the team's kicker when they miss. A lot of people assume that any time a coach puts in a kicker for a FG then it's because the kicker is guaranteed to get that kick, they don't realize that there's always a chance for a miss due to any of a number of conditions.

This is pretty cool-- alternative team logos

the panthers one is just ok, but still infinitely better than the trailer park inspired one we have now.

They change the Vikings one over night? Also, are Titans are the Oilers franchise. Wore the throwback Oiler jerseys not too long ago..don't see how that works for the Texans.

I like the Chargers and Seahawks as well

Chargers, Giants, and 49ers are all just knockoffs of the Baseball teams from that town.

And yeah they did change the vikings overnight

Those are nice. I would absolutely but a Panthers shirt with that logo.

^^^^ yes, the Titans are the Oilers. It's a shame, because the area around Houston is full of refineries and some days you can smell it all over (and sprawl has made it a vast metropolitan area, so that's a persistent odor to spread). It would have been nice if they could have gotten the Browns deal where the city keeps the name and the franchise history while the owner keeps the business aspects, but not enough people in Houston cared.

The fan support for the Texans just feels stronger than it did toward the end of the Oilers span in Houston, although that probably had a lot to do with the fans being pissed at the owners.

They appeared to have changed the Texans logo too, though I don't have a link/copy of the one from yesterday.

This is ridiculous.

They have to change the pro bowl compensation from 50K to the winners and 25k to the losers to 75k to the winners and nothing to the losers.
