So does Army finally break a 10 game losing streak to Navy on Saturday? I say no, but they did beat Air Force, so who knows. It would be cool to see them get the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy.

Damn, I feel bad for the Army QB. He was 15 yards away from the Comander-in Chief trophy and a trip to the White House. Now he finishes his career 1-7 in the academy triangular. 12/8/2012 6:52:05 PM |

What happened is he ended his career as a 4 year starter with 1 win vs Air Force and 0 wins vs Navy. Fifteen more yards today and Army wins the triangular for the first time since 1996.
The Army coaches blew it with their play calling today. They should have had a TD when they got to the 2 yard line and had a second and 2. They needed 2 yards to get a first down and have 1st and goal at about the 1. Then they blew it again when they ran up the middle and didn't get the first down. I think they punted and Navy ended up getting a game winning TD on that drive.12/8/2012 10:36:57 PM |

^^^It isn't the highest skill level, or the most exciting offense, but I think the tradition and rivalry aspect of it is cool. Once conference expansion is over the acedemy triangular will probably be the only rivalries and tradition left in college football. 12/9/2012 1:04:54 AM |

Lattimore's entering the draft:

^ Lattimore will be lucky to have a 5 year NFL career considering the way Spurrier used him during his time at SC. And that 5 year prediction assumes he gets back to 100% from that knee trainwreck he suffered.
Let's hope Bernard is not a complete idiot and puts his name in as well. No reason at all for him to come back to UNC unless he thinks he has a shot at the Heisman. 12/10/2012 4:04:45 PM |

I don't see how drafting him high is a risk at all after watching Thomas Davis and Adrian Peterson all year

this is the same guy that hyped Jimmy Clausen as a cant miss prospect.....even after 32 teams passed on him and about 20 of them did twice 12/11/2012 1:36:16 PM |

eh, who's better that'll be in the draft? Not to say MG is on the level of previous "first off the board QBs" it speaks more to the overall weakness of QBs in this class. 12/12/2012 12:05:31 PM |

Does anyone here think Glennon will be a good pro? I struggle to see it. Marginal athleticism aside, he just seems a half second slow with his reads compared to the other guys. Best case is a poor man's Flacco, but I think its more likely he ends up in the Rosenfels/Henne tier. 12/13/2012 3:04:57 PM |

I hope Glennon has a great career, but I cannot imagine him being anything but a big armed backup that sticks in the league for 3-4 years. The NFL has changed so much in the past few years and mobile QBs are changing the game rapidly. I'd like to see him on a team like Arizona where he has a superstar to throw to. 12/26/2012 9:43:12 AM |
