mine are polka dots on a brown background and with my thick fleece liners they are perfect for snow and ice. The winter before last it snowed every week and I practically lived in my boots (keeping a pair of shoes for the office at my work desk)

I got a pair from Target and they didn't last a year....just found a hole where the rubber separated from the sole.

That's what I get for not investing in the Hunter boots I really wanted.

I got Sperry rainboots thinking they would last. Bunch of shit. I was so mad. They are made for the water.

I actually got a pair of rubber boots from Urban Outfitters on super clearance - just plain ol' blue boots, but they have a lime green interior.

I've had them for.. shesh, whenever UO first came to Southpoint.. so, um, years! I wear them out to the barn all the time. I don't wear them out and about - I've.. never really gotten that trend. Haven't had any issues with the rubber. The little puny fabric removable insoles years later kinda need to be replaced (I'm bad about wearing them with no socks sometimes out to a quick run to the barn, haha).

i have a pretty awesome pair i got at nordstrom maybe 5 or so years ago. the thing i don't like about them is they don't flex much at the ankle making walking in snow/ice/water kind of hard sometimes...so i don't wear them very much.

I just wanted to comment that I was at Elon the other day, and my co-worker and I noticed that almost EVERY single girl was wearing boots. No joke. Seriously, it was probably something like 3 out of every 4 girl was wearing some type of boots. We were on NCSU campus a week or two later, and while we noticed a lot of boots, it was nothing like it was at Elon.
