And before someone else makes the dumbass move that nosurprises made by sending me a rather childish and vulgar PM, I have no connection to the Basketball Ticket System. I helped design and implement the football system, but that is where my involvement stopped. Bball system is different than football on a number of levels, and is no where near what it shoudl be to accomdate bball fans (especially given the time and number of bball games comparted to football game). Any time I show up in this thread during bball season is simply to use my contacts to help you all out--not to do any sort of job you all think I am responsible for. SO please, before you spout off at the mouth like a little 12 year old who just learned to use curse words, think before you speak. I am only here to help you all out, not to dictact a system in any way.

it's safer not to cancel than it is to cancel and assume another ticket will be easily available

and as a side note, which may sound dumb....but did you click on "request/claim tickets" before trying to print your ticket? Meaning, you say you tried to print, but you never mentioned actually claiming the ticket after winning it...it's entirely possible you missed the claim period as well (which I will try to resolve considering the down time of the server)

I forgot to claim one in the past though for football and the ticket just disappeared, I didn't get a link to cancel it so that's why I'm confused

you're full of shit. Football season went by with only a couple problems and those were at the beginning when the hardware wasn't working correctly. Other than that, there were no problems other than everyone waiting until the last minute to get to the game which backed up the line.
