In all honesty, I really don't see what you're all drooling over. I mean, ask anyone who knows me, I'm the biggest trailer whore you'll meet, but this one really just didn't do it for me. It's a decent trailer for sure, but doesn't make me any more hopefull that this one will rise above the first two at all.

b/c i ripped if from a dvd which was 16:9 but since it was originally a tv spot it was 4:3.

so thats actually how it looks on the dvd.

George Lucas blows. Why didn't he get some of those other directors from ESB and ROTJ to direct the prequels in the coordinating series? I'm sure this has been discussed on some megafan fanboy site, but the last I checked, Kersh wasn't doing anything last from Robocop 2. The fact that Lucas insists on directing all of these, coming off his shiftless attempts at blatantly making as much money as he can off of the bullshit you have to put up with as far as the 1997 remakes go just goes to show how bad he sucks.

I hate to be all elitist, but the only choice I have now is to buy a fucking laser disc player and the original trilogy fucking CD RECORDS to have the movies I grew up with, and not some old bastards attempts to make them HOW I APPARENTLY WISHED THEY WERE SHOWN WHEN I WAS LITTLE.

Fuck all that noise, jack. There's your innovation. But this argument is hackneyed...
