what is the PURPOSE for suspension?

hell i'll just answer it.....the purpose for suspension is

1. to prevent said user from repeating said offense
2. to punish said user by preventing them from being an active member on the forum

so if a suspended user tries to circumvent the obove reasons by using another name the said name will be suspended also....comprende muchacho?

Once one of the moderators dies, the rest of the moderators meet in complete isolation to select the next one. Each person writes down the screenname of the person they want to elect, and the ballots are read aloud. If no one receives 2/3 of the votes, chemicals are burned to produce a black smoke that signals that no new moderator was selected. The voting continues until someone gets the 2/3 vote at which point white smoke signals that someone has been annoited moderator.
