its from the episode "to love and die in dixie" from season 2 i think. they move to the deep south as part of a witness protection service, and peter and brian go all out and convert their car to the general lee. peter hops in through the window, but when brian tries, he slams into the passenger side window.

The General Lee reference flew completely over my head (I know what episode you're talking about, though, it just hadn't occurred to me until you guys said something).

I dunno, I wasn't terribly impressed with tonight's episode. It had it's moments of chuckle, but overall it really wasn't that funny. Can't win all the time, I suppose.
