Giants Saturday.

Will be there, same seat as the cowboys game, sporting the same #82 michael westbrook jersey that won the cowboys game for us. Randy Thomas' injury hurts us, but I guess not as much as Pierce for them. ... Ray brown will still be able to run block alright... and with their DT injuries Jansen and Samuels should be able to hold on well enough for pass protection.

the defense... well, who knows with that giants offense and eli on the road and whether tiki will just run all over us. I just hope the crowd is half as awesome as it was for the dallas game. false starts and not being able to do shotgun very well helps the defense big time.

HAIL to having a chance at the playoffs.

very, very, very postivive things the skins have done since dropping to 5-6:

- our offense scoring 35 on consecutive weeks against NFC east teams.

- taking out the abberation that was the amani toomer tipped ball catch, our defense has only allowed two touchdowns in the last four games. The D held tiki barber to almost 80 yards below his rushing average over the last 5 weeks.

- we have established an offensive identity. running early and often. it opened up the passing game and the play action for moss this past week.
portis has 4 straight 100 yard games, and we are wearing down defenses. We won the game with ball control this week, getting big first downs and keeping our defense fresh for those giants assaults at the end.

who would have thought, on the final week of the season, that we would control our own playoffs destiny?!? At 5-6 even I thought we were pretty much done, I'm ashamed to admit. It's gotta be those white tops/white bottoms we're worn for the 4-game win streak.

this may seem like a stupid question, but is there an official skins place to watch the games in raleigh? i know some bars are the official steelers or jets or etc meetup places.

i usually go to playmakers for the games that aren't on local FOX, and there's a good crowd there... wondering if I should go somewhere else on Sunday.

probably should have asked this at the beginning of the season, huh?
