any risk that isn't necessary is too much risk. besides, a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge would be enough to prevent me from ever getting a job with half of the companies that employ people like me. Most utility companies see that as an automatic grounds for turning down your job application.

I'm pretty sure they keep those records somewhere for background checks. if you ever want to work at a nuke plant or combustion turbine facility, they'll pull up anything and everything you ever did.

^^^ i'm pretty sure your criminal record stays with you forever unless you were arrested as a minor...as for drug charges...no government job or company that contracts with the government will EVER hire you with a drug charge on your record...if you fail a drug test for either the government or government contractor, that too will go on your record (one that is checked by other government agencies or contractors) and you will never be hired by them, either

^ i KNEW a dealer, that got busted a couple months ago, who had the dankest weed in NC. I would get it for 40 eigth since we were real good friends, and it would easily go for 60 or 65 here in raleigh

the best weed i have ever had came from british columbia and it was $60 a gram-at least that's what my friend told me he paid for it, i only had one hit of it

i don't know what the fuck it was laced with but it had chunks of whote crystals and red and blue veins and it smelled like fruit punch

the weed out in Cali is pretty good too, they have medical dispensaries all over and they breed some crazy strands

And its not really a big deal to get charged with under a 1/2oz poss charge unless you are trying to get a govt job. They will give you a ticket and here is the kicker they will charge you tax based on the weight you have....damn goverment.

Thanks Black Dog. I've been told I "just don't get it" and I don't. So I guess I'm trying to understand the mindset. I've always compared it to harder drugs like it's the same thing addiction wise etc.

When you use/or did use, was it because you felt you needed it or was it because there was nothing else to do or it was fun? Also, feel free to contact me privately, considering this isn't the best subject to talk about on here. But I really am trying to get this.

when I did do it it was purely something I did in my spare time like when you drink on a Friday night. There is no physical addiction invovled in THC and you can not OD, Ive smoked over a 1/4oz in an hour. I find it is really just to increase enjoyment of activities, i.e. concerts, music, movies, dating (haha), just about anything not to mention you can drive high easily.

Ive smoked a 1/16oz a day for a month and then quit cold turkey with no signs of withdrawal, I knew God loves us when I discovered pot

depends on what you smoke

if you smoke garbage that doesn't get you high, you'll blow through a 1/4 in a night

smoke the good 'one hit wonder' shit and you can buy an 1/8 that will last you weeks

Well that's the situation. I've been in a relationship for years now, and he was heavy into that and other things back in the day. I thought it was something he did as a kid.

But, now that we've hit that quarter life crisis and he's going back to school he's in this "I want to hang out with my old friends and get baked" thing. So, I flip out because I know nothing about it.

But when I really think about it, I'm not sure why I'm so worked up and have such negative feelings towards it. It's not nearly as much as he used to use, it's no other drugs, and he's with people he knows and is safe. I guess better than boozing it up and driving or something? So I'm trying to understand why I'm so crazy about it.

The one thing that does bother me is that he won't tell me where he gets it. Probably a dealer which will make me think he's in some alley with a needle in his arm or something.

He said he doesn't trust me with the information. Which hurts my feelings like whoa, but is understandable considering I'm such a moral bitch about the whole situation.
