i heard they are taking a long break, showing these 12 first, then picking the season back up later with an additional 8, lumping all 20 as the third season. sounds stupid to me

why doesnt HBO just get enough good shows to go year-round with them?

air all entourage back to back, then either the week after the finale, or at most 2-3 weeks after, premiere the next season of another great show. just keep that up year round til entourage again. they'd keep me all year that way.

HBO is delaying Entourage because mainly guys watch it. On Sundays during the fall and winter there is this little thing called football. Their ratings would likely drop bigtime if they left it on during football.

what kind of question is that? all it takes is one game. if they showed entourage during football season, i'd record entourage and watch it later and watch the game live. not everyone has that luxury so they have to choose. 100% aren't going to choose entourage, so it's safe to assume that HBO would lose some viewers.

i really doubt they would just completely boot him from the show, but he may not be as prominent of a role now. i mean he just made that huge agency, it'd be tough for vince and his crew to just not cross paths with ari again.

if i had to guess, i'd say the next season vince will be away from ari, perhaps with no agent, or E acting as his agent, and then at the end of the season (or the last 8 episodes of this one) he may decide to go back with ari (maybe ari lands him some big project or something).
