1) Meredith started drowning WAY too quickly... can the bitch not swim?

2) Why have an intern searching all around for a lost kid? Why not someone who cannot assist with all the damn patients?

3) Why were all of the "main" surgeons helping Meredith? Shouldn't they be with other patients? Let's put the hospital on stand-by while we save an intern's life. I know there are other surgeons, but you don't need 4 of the main surgeons and the chief all taking care of her. (I know Shepard and what's-his-face were in the hall, but go with it)
