hang out with chicks, problem solved or hang out with a mixture of guys and gals..much less chance of this type of stuff happening

Eh.. I always would hang out w/ guys cause that's what I've always done (my brother and I had similar friends for the most part, so it became kind of a habit even after he and i stopped hanging out much).

Most of the guys would initially treat me like a sister or one of the guys. The typical exception to this is if they ever did flirt, if I flirted back they would look into that.

If I made it clear I wanted just friendship, they respected that. And the ones that didn't weren't quality enough to worry about, and I'd never hang out w/ them while intoxicated unless the quality guys were around.

==== but yeah, some guys are dumbasses. now im not sure what ya mean by refusing to act 'lady-like' cause i really dont have the attn span atm to read through these pages..that may make a difference

not 100% but the vast majority of the time this is true, though he may want to 'hit it' he won't even broach the subject.


there are however many guys that lack adequate self control, especially when drunk.

here's a bit of advice, don't hang out with "undiscriminating horndogs" and your problem will drop off to a trickle.

2. not always, but it's definetly a thought that's in our heads. if not then he's - gay - in a relationship and isn't a fuckup - is unattracted to you

now what distinguishes the 'nice' guys from the nice guys is that the 'nice' guys will eventually get around to trying to make a move reguardless of any signals. a nice guy won't unless you lead him on in some manner.

3. when are we not interested in sex? pretty much either too wasted/tired/etc to move or think at all... even then (wasted) it's something that probably is thought about.

4. they lie to get you to like them / get you to drop defenses / or because they are fuckups/jerks/assholes etc. not every guy lies but most do.

5. depends on the level of it, most of the time just disappointed/disheartened/injured pride.

6. getting sloppy drunk with the wrong people leads to these situations...
