So what's the bowl lineup looking like:

2 bids in national title game plus 8 in the 4 minor bowls

National Title Game - Ohio State

Big 10 #2 (guaranteed At-Large) - Michigan
Pac-10 - Southern Cal
Big East - West Virginia, Louisville, or Rutgers
Big 12 - Oklahoma, Texas, or Nebraska
ACC - Georgia Tech, Maryland, Wake Forest, or Boston College
Southeastern - Florida or Arkansas

-If Notre Dame finishes in top 8, they will be guaranteed a spot. Will need to defeat USC to do this, currently 5th.
-If Boise State finishes in top 12 (currently 11th), or finish in front of a BCS conference champion (top ACC team is Georgia Tech at 16th), they will be guaranteed a spot. Will need to defeat Nevada to do this.
-Also, whatever conference gets selected to go to the national title game, that bowl gets the makeup spot as far as next pick.

So (with asterisk meaning could be in national title game):

National Title Game - Ohio State vs. ?
Rose - Michigan* vs. Southern Cal* (If Michigan goes to National Title Game, that means Southern Cal lost to Notre Dame, and I could see Notre Dame taking this spot)
Orange - ACC champion vs. ? (Big East champ?)
Fiesta - Big 12 champ vs. ? (Boise State?)
Sugar - SEC champ* vs. ?

Um, Boise is GUARANTEED a spot if they are in the Top 12 and is undefeated. GTech can't 'not be chosen' if they win the ACC..

yea i dont care about either team but i think it sucks that some voters voted for florida just because they didnt want to see a rematch, that sort of screws the whole system because it is setup so that you are supposed to vote for the two best teams and not a matchup...im not arguing florida shouldnt be there just that it is stupid that teams from the same conference will more than likely never be able to play for the national championship
