We better have reyes in the bullpen as a long reliever in case weaver goes back to 2-10 weaver. The last thing we need is for this game to get ugly early, and Weaver always has the 5 run inning capability.

Man I wish the AAA American League put a real team in there this year. Maybe next year we should just crown the NLCS winner champion and not play the World Series..

The last two games the Tigers have just basically handed the Cards a lot of runs. Between pitcher errors, tripping and falling and balls just hitting the webbing of the gloves, it's been more luck than skill for the Cardinals.

Still, a win is a win.

A win will give them their 10th World Series title, moving them out of a tie with the Oakland Athletics franchise for 2nd, which has nine (some of the wins for the A's were in Philadelphia). To me this is what the World Series is all about. Granted I'm a huge Cardinals fan, but seeing a team like Detroit make the World Series is awesome too. I'm just excited to #1 not see Atlanta in the playoffs and most of all #2 seeing the Yankees choke again.

If the Cardinals win tonight, I think that instead of giving the series MVP to, say, Eckstien, they should give it to one of the Tigers' fielders for helping the Cardinals out so much.
