Amaker falls under the Quinn Synder clause of the NCAA bylaws.

It specifically states that if you are a Coach K or Duke disciple you have immunity from being fired until you completely run a program into the ground. So long as you encourage group hugs and kissing the floor and each other on Senior Night you are safe.

He has at least 3 more years of NITs before he is gone.

We went 0-3 against those two teams and yes FSU beat our ass just like I said.

it was a terrible prediction unless they knew we would have an injury. if they didn't predict an injury and predicted us to be near the bottom then a blind squirrel found the nut.

Actually all my points in this thread look pretty valid.

Except i didnt know UVA would be so good.

Even still we almost beat UVA on the road without Atsur... so thats not exactly kicking our ass.

FSU might have crushed us head to head (on the road!) but they are a whopping ONE GAME ahead of us in the standings.

We likely wont finish in last place and we lost our ONLY PG option for a good portion of the season. We beat UNC for gods sake. I'd consider this season a success considering we had 5.5 players worth a fuck. IF Atsur had been healthy it looks like we'd probably have gone 8-8 and at the very least 7-9.

The program is on the rise, no doubt.



PS. i predicted Duke to go 9-7, i could be dead on there. Mcroberts has got to be kicking himself for passing up all those millions.
