^T- Workin' on that...just "invested" in another radio *groan* and I am gonna set it up with a desktop tower I don't use...I am workin' on some freelance scanner/programming stuff for a local TV station (no I ain't gonna say which one ) but when I get that done by end of next week I should be able to get the feed up and runnin'....

^ Brother I think I am gonna stream it myself...I have more than enough bandwidth to play with and I don't feel like makin' it too complicated for listeners...I want them to be able to start up Winamp and listen...PLUS I am lookin' to add a visual display so you can actually see what the scanner is stopped on such as "Raleigh PD Ch1" or "Wake PS TAC 15" or "NCSUFDTG1"...

^I have the webspace/domain but gonna keep that to myself until everything is ready...my evil master plan (and me and a buddy are workin' on this) is to set everything up so that I can control the feed online from anywhere...kind of like a "PC Anywhere" deal for the scanner...some of the scanner software already allows for a little of this...so from any web enabled cellphone/pda I can access the feed and control what the scanner is monitoring/parked on....Raleigh PD involved with a chase? Let me remote access the radio and park it on Raleigh PD 1....Something big happening at RDU? Let me Park the radio on whatever Event Channel/PS Tac Channel they are using...stay tuned as 2007 is gonna be a hell of a year for online radio monitoring in Central NC

At this time Raleigh PD dealing with 65 (Robbery) at the Amaco at Capital & Springforest...those that have teamspeak can listen to some of the radio traffic on Raleigh PD Channel 9 (Unit to Unit)....

Ben-> Sorry I have not responded sooner...schedule getting crazy before the Holidays...The Scanner is switching between Raleigh PD on 460Mhz and NCSHP on 800Mhz......No way for us to stop or switch or hold on a certain channel/frequency...only person who can do that is the person who is providing the feed....and the feed provider does not appear to have the ALE/ABC Talkgroups programmed into his scan list...meaning until he programs them in you won't hear any ALE/ABC traffic (which is sporadic at best anyway)...

^yep feeds are coming from an actual scanner patched out from the headphone jack to the line in/microphone jack on the computer.

yopu need to fix the audio levels, i had to turn it way up and the noise is really loud but i can barely hear talking

probably have the volume turned down on the scanner and the gain turned up on TS
