Great episode. Pretty funny all around. And Cartman being grateful to Kyle at the end was an unexpected but funny twist.

I also think it's neat that they took the high road and didn't stereotype all people with Tourette's Syndrome as yelling out swear words. It can also be yelling out random words or sounds, or even physical ticks such as that girl who has to snap her fingers.

I was first introduced to Tourette Syndrome when I was middle school age and watching Maury Povich show and he had at least 10 Tourette kids all cursing and booping and ticking all at the same time. It was mind blowing.
