Henderson was going to foul the shit out of Hanky, as he should have. I don't think he meant to bloody him up, but whatever. A suspension is nuts, but considering that NCSU is playing Duke in the next game, I'll take it.

grace, they were talking during that game about how he is scared to fly, and after the carolina/GT game it was really windy (remember, it was here too) and he REFUSED to get on the plane, and took a bus back from atlanta. would have been "funny" if the bus crashed and he died. actually i think a bus crashed in atlanta that week with a baseball team on it.

Though your last thing isn't true. Hansbrough is very, very good on the court... He has almost singlehandedly turned the balance of the Duke-UNC rivalry back in UNCs favor. But he couldn't beat us twice

As much as I understand the bias towards both teams, I still don't get the "you're a fag 'cause you are scared to fly". That's a pretty common fear. It's safe to sit behind your computer and claim to have no fear, but all of you have a few (girls, needles, flying, failure....whatever).

The boy is from my home state, and loyalty to our homegrown comes first. And if it wasn't on purpose, how come the 3 referee's were in the middle of the action before he even got up?

The bigger issue is the hypocritical "thug mentality" that gets put on these other teams that play/ed Duke ('90 UNLV, the Fab Five, Temple, etc.). Duke is just as much a thug team as any in the past 20 years, from Laettner stepping on that dude's neck, to Newton's antics, to Domzlowski's pity parties, to this weekend. Coach Mike is a bitch, and he has just enough people in the media on his dick to gloss this over. "He runs a clean program....he graduates players... he is a role model......". He's a power hungry megalomaniac that is hell-bent on personal achievement and winning. His recruiting is going to shit because all the guys that hated Duke in the early 90's are beginning to have their kids in the process of choosing a school, and they don't want to come to Duke.

It is your guy's responsibility to make sure Duke gets run out of the tournament. If we can make them look like even bigger bitches, we can continue to destroy their recruiting power, and thus, ruin Coach K's career.

I dont think Dukes recruiting has not gone down. There set to have have the top recruiting class next year and since the beginning of the decade they've had 3 other #1 classes. Since we're talking about recruiting it doesnt matter how these classes panned out but it does show that their recruiting is at the highest level.

They consistently get Top 3-4 classes. I think the Paulus/McBob/Boetang class was #2...

Next years has the potential to be good but I'm not buying in to it yet until I see them play. I know they have 2 whitey's who are supposed to be nasty but so was Paulus..

Coach K is a GREAT coach. I dislike him but I think he is one of, if not the best in the game in all aspects. That said, his teams have underachieved recently imo and it grates at me that he gets props for doing so well with 'marginal' teams. For fucks sake they have 6-7 McD's AA's every year..

Patterson better than Durant? Are you fucking nuts? Durant is one of the best freshman to ever play college ball. Patterson is the 4th rated PF by both services -- ok, well Patterson moved ahead of Hickson on rivals but still.. that's way too lofty a label to give him at this point if your rational. Hell, Hickson might even turn out to be better. I've seen Patterson play on TV once and he looked pretty nasty but I've heard it all before from you guys.. mainly about how Paulus was going to be better than JJ and McRoberts was the next college Laettner.

I like Taylor King's game though..
