^i saw that last night, but i've also read 2 other descriptions claiming to be describing the teaser attatched to the simpsons, and neither of them describe that.

^^^apparently the countdown ends at the exact time the (DC or WB or something, i forget who) panel gets up at comicon

I'm really looking forward to this. I just saw Batman Begins and it was good... I was never a fan of the comicy Batman ones but this one was damn good and I hope the new one will be too.

i wouldn't say he is trying to emulate nicholson as much as he is trying to sound like the joker. i'm even more excited about it now, having heard him speak.

I definitely think he's trying to do a bit of the Nicholson Joker... At least with the breathy speaking style.

Probably a good move if they don't overdo it, the speaking style is instantly recognizable, but pretty easy to manipulate so he doesn't have to do it all the time. Plus it sounds more maniacal than the Hamill Joker or the Romero Joker
