I dont really see where its THAT huge of a loss for Quinn...I mean, he did drop down pretty far in the picks, but he got picked by his favorite team and will be a millionaire, regardless. He is marketable as hell.

Good on the Dolphins for saying "we make our own decisions" instead of bowing to the talking heads on ESPN. Man does Steve Young continue to just lose credibility as an analyst in my eyes, listening to him blab on and on. Quinn had major bust potential I think, and the Dolphins obviously didn't feel like he was worth 30 mill. more than Beck or Edwards or Stanton.

However...Ginn at #9??? That is out of control. They could have drafted him at their spot in the second round!

Maybe that's why the Dolphins haven't done shit since oh... the 70s. Yup, they're great at drafting which is why they managed to piss away the career of one of the top 5 QBs of all time while never winning a Superbowl (or even coming close really after his rookie year).

Umm, taking Ginn was a great choice. If they had gotten him in the 2nd round where he belonged. There was no reason to draft him at # 9 when they could have gotten a better player AND Ginn in the 2nd. Then Cameron comes out saying how Ginn is going to be a fantastic returner for the Dolphins. If you draft someone #9, you better be selling him as a badass WR and thought she be first on your mind. You don't draft someone #9 to return kicks.
