i guess it was implied that the president's son died sometime between the 24: redemption episode and last night's episode...

that was a big part of the problem last season. the first 4 hours were awesome, but where can you go from Jack killing Curtis and a nuclear bomb detonating outside LA in the same hour?

^Yeah exactly. This season seems to be paced much better. There were too many "filler" episodes last season. Not saying the same thing can't happen this season, but so far so good.

wtf? is anyone else having trouble with the audio on the online episodes? i watched ep 1 and 2 just fine, but tried to watch episode 3 tonight and it started fucking up. for some reason, the music seems alright, but the voices are all fucked up.
