got to watch cotchery catch a touchdown right in front of me yesterday at the titans game...had to clap a little bit since I had a state hat on even though I wanted the jets to lose...

on the titans side though, tulloch really did look good. he was very active and always seemed to be getting around the ball....I love seeing him getting a chance like he is and most titans fans are taking notice of him

Bobby Crumpler helps John Hastings in overseeing the Redskins strength and conditioning efforts. They have installed a disciplined and individualized conditioning program that will have the Redskins in peak form for the 2005 season.

Before coming to Washington, Crumpler spent three years coaching on the collegiate level, most recently at the University of Kansas in 2002, where he helped build the strength and conditioning program for Jayhawks football.

Their efforts played a significant role in the success of players including linebacker Greg Cole and offensive lineman Justin Sands, both signed by NFL teams in April 2003.

The majority of Crumpler's experience comes from his alma mater, North Carolina State, where he served in the strength and conditioning department in virtually every capacity including student assistant (1989), graduate assistant (1994-96) and full-time assistant coach (2000-01).

During a hiatus from coaching, Crumpler worked with U.S. Fitness Products in sales and as a personal trainer.

Crumpler was a standout running back for North Carolina State from 1983 to 1987. He won the Dick Christy Award as a junior in 1986, finishing the season as the team's leading rusher, and playing a key role in leading the team to a Peach Bowl berth. As a senior in 1987, he was the Wolfpack's co-captain and MVP.

A 1989 North Carolina State graduate in industrial technology education, Crumpler is working towards his master's degree in sports management. He and his wife, Stacey, have four children: Gabriel, Chayce, Alexis and Breahna.

Another Wolfpacker joins the Redskins staff

The Redskins have named Morocco Brown to the position of director of pro personnel, the team announced on Tuesday.

Brown will be responsible for coordinating the advance scouting of Redskins opponents and the evaluation of all pro leagues for potential free agents and trade prospects.

"It's good to have Morocco back as a member of the Washington Redskins organization," executive vice president of football operations Vinny Cerrato said. "He has worked really hard and deserves this opportunity. His success and hard work have prepared him for this job."

Brown replaces Louis Riddick in the position. Riddick is no longer with the organization.

Brown spent the past seven seasons (2001-2007) with the Chicago Bears as assistant director of pro personnel.

Brown directed the advance scouting of upcoming AFC opponent and the Arena Football League.

"Morocco is an excellent addition to our organization and is very qualified to take on this responsibility," director of player personnel Scott Campbell said. "He has a great work ethic and is a very skilled talent evaluator. Morocco is very prepared to direct our pro personnel department."

Brown is in his second stint with the Redskins organization. He spent the 2000 season and 2001 offseason as an assistant scout with the club.

Brown's responsibilities included preparing weekly scouting reports, evaluating NFL prospects and managing free agent and draft prospect visits.

Brown originally entered the NFL as a scouting intern for the Indianapolis Colts in the summer of 2000.

He is a 1999 graduate of North Carolina State University, where he lettered in football for four years and served as team captain his senior season. He led the Wolfpack in tackles for three consecutive seasons and was twice named honorable mention All-ACC.

Brown earned a B.S. degree in parks, recreation and tourism with a concentration in program/sports management.

He is a native of Hampton, Va., where he attended Kecoughtan High School.
