The only bad thing about the version they show on the movie channels is that it doesn't have the scene with the auto-sentries. I love that scene because it helps show how many aliens the survivors were up against, and also why there aren't more of them when Ripley goes back into the reactor.

Thats on the directors cut version. There are also some cool scenes of the colony and colonists before the aliens took over.
