EVroccck played his ass off at QB. I was impressed. Too bad you never play like that with me as your receiver.

I can vouch for the epic thumb injury. I didn't even want to look at it. I was at least 20 yards from the taping and bandages.

Definitely one of the most fun games I've played out there. Everyone was cool, none of the big mouths showed up. Everyone just flat out played football and it was fantastic. Will definitely be out there this Saturday.

Sounds good I just joined the TAFFL ( triangle area flag football league) so unless they have practice I'll be out. I should have read the topic again but I just remember the Derr track games being tackle and people actually enjoyed playing O-line for some reason.

I played B league USFFL for bombsquad for around 6 seasons.
TAFFL has a sweet website and they keep better stats so it seems, plus they have a shit ton of teams so I'm looking forward to playing there.
Did you have any problems in the TAFFL?
Do you find the talent better in the USFFL or TAFFL (unless you play A league in the USFFL b/c I don't know how good they are)

I know it's kind of lame, but I got tired of the contact. The last season I was there, there were a couple games where dudes took the hits too far and it got out of hand. Guys about to fight on the field, etc. I caught a couple bad hits and that was it for me. It's a great league and I know Marcus (the league prez) and the website and stat-keeping is top-notch. Just not worth it for me to be in the contact league. I don't have shit to prove to anyone.

If you check, I think I still have #3 on the record list for most receiving TDs in a season.

Word how many did you get that year?
I see last year someone had 32 TDs and the highest pic number was 6, it seems a little skewed.
What does contact mean exactly? Is that just for blockers or can DBs bump for a certain amount of time?

NVM it was 32 receptions, highest td count is 9

Well I also read they block open handed to the chest and downfield and apparently you can slap away hands going for the flag...that seems a little stupid its already difficult enough to get flags
