^^ Along with that, any team can claim that player, you have 48 hours to work out a trade. If more than one team claims the player, the lowest ranking team gets priority. I think thats all the rules

Miller's thrown 180 innings in MLB and his WHIP is still a silly 1.64 this year. If he doesn't get it together soon I don't see his value in the MLB level.
