i actually think Jax is one of the best places to watch a game. and their food is good, for bar food.

i was at Jax last year when we beat UNC in basketball, one of the best atmospheres for a State game I've ever been around. It was also pretty fun watching the Hurricanes win the Stanley Cup there

Jax was alright, but not for a sportsbar. It gets way too packed in a small area to really enjoy games IMO... I liked Woody's in Cary (since it was close to where I lived for two years) the best in the Triangle...

we've already seen a game where fouls were called. sure duke's defense wouldn't be as good with fouls being called but carolina was scoring anyway. duke's offense doesn't really work at all without fouls being called because you can just play them tight and make them drive and don't have to help off shooters nearly as much. unc had 15 blocks much much more than duke.

a game without fouls turns into who is more powerful and quickness/driving is much less important.

and if you draw an imaginary line where the first ft line blocks are paulus is outside of that. he would barely be inside the nba circle. watch it a few more times you will see he had position there before green even took off.

I wont make excuses for this Duke team as they were simply beaten a few minutes into the game. I was pleased to see them bottle up Hansbrough only to have green and ellington shoot better than game 1.
