Yes they do...not too much but they will. Especially if they're all cotton. They are a bitch to get on after the dryer lol. I doubt you will have that problem, unless you like your jeans all tight

yeah....it depends if they are 100% cotton or 98% cotton and 2% lycra (or whatever stretchy stuff they use)....

i've ended up drying all mine that i bought to fit because after i wear them a while they are too baggy....

the ones i bought a little tight end up fitting just right so they don't go in the dryer

^^of course.

ok, i think i'll hang on to these then. I think one wash and dry would get them fitting great around the thigh and leg and then i'll just let them naturally conform.

and to E, yes i like my jeans a little tight

weird huh? i told myself i'd give the designer kind a try. I'm starting to "outgrow" some of my others and like on the first page, i've had a real hard time find a pair that really fits me.

being in between lengths really really sucks. especially when i wear boots a lot because some jeans i can no longer wear with boots b/c they ride high and some i can only wear with boots because they are too long with normal shoes/sandals.

Nice jeans paired with cowboy boots are always a WIN in my book.

Is there a nice ass to go along with all that goodness?

this happens to me. with my citizens they stretch out or something as i wear them sooooo they have to go in the dryer for a little after they are washed. usually i try to take them out early BUT i seem to forget a lot and then have to squat and lunge my way into them. hehe.

If you can't find a pair of levis that fit well then you haven't tried. They have every possible fit, they're classic, and they don't cost $150 (unless you get those red tab jeans or whatever, but that's just levi trying to cash in on the idiots who buy into the whole expensive jeans craze)

I fucking love jeans and levi's are the best

Levi's is not and never will be an expensive brand. Not to mention their jeans suck. If you think Levi's are the shit its because you haven't tried anything else.

Uhhh..yeah, because you know me so well. I've tried lots of jeans buddy and levis are by far the best bang for your buck. If you're paying $150 for jeans, you're a moron

and where did I ever say they were expensive? You do know that when it comes to clothes, expensive doesn't always mean better, right? Most of the time it's just marked up to take advantage of idiots

The reason its taking advantage of idiots is because they're over paying for just plain old levis that don't fit half as well as a decent pair of jeans.

^^^ who is trolling whom here? ?

You may have tried lots of jeans yes... but seriously try some $ texas ones.. you'll be like WTF these are awesome... i promise. I still think its dumb to pay that much for jeans but i've been really close to buying some seven's myself.. they fit awesome and they're sooo light and flexible. Its like wearing a broken in tee-shirt but on your legs... and not looking like you're wearing sweat pants.

what if you don't want light and flexible? what if you want the dark, vintage, stiff wash?

all I was basically trying to say was this: levi's have every cut, from super skinny punk rock cut, to the standard 527 boot cut, the classic 501, the baggier loose fitting cut, etc. Not to mention every wash. Plus, unlike all these gay brands today, they're classic and will always be in style. They're not all straight leg tapered jeans like I think you guys are imagining. Ever been to the levi's store and seen how many fucking pairs of jeans they make? that's why I said if you can't find one that fits you, then you're crazy. Maybe you have a pair that is lighter or whatever and you prefer that, but I wouldn't justify paying three times that much for something that was a little more flexible. But, that's just me

FUCKING TRY THEM is all i'm saying... i don't own a pair but damn if cloths were a higher priority i would they're comfy as hell but i'd rather spend that $100 on car stuff or electronics instead.

man this thread took a dive while i was away.

If you've read the thread, lewbowski, you will see that there are a lot of levis fans in here. Me being a big fan myself. The one thing we were saying is that even if you find a cut you like (like i have with the 527) you still don't get consistency. I have three pairs of them and all three fit differently, have different widths in the leg openings, and just aren't the same. I have a pair that have great color that i bought same size as the ones i love but can't wear because they are 3" wider in the leg looking like bell bottoms.

with the more expensive jeans you just get a better tailored cut all around. the color and wash is still vintage if you want it that way.

Well not to induce more trolling, but I have tried on many of the pairs of jeans at the Levi's store. They don't fit my body that great. I'm a big girl, so good fitting jeans are important to me. Sevens fit me just right. I like that they come long, so I can get them hemmed to the exact length I need. I don't like that "regular, short, tall" stuff.

But that's just my opinion on the Levis store. They have some nice looking jeans. They just aren't for me.

OBTW: I have the thin washed/distressed Sevens as well as the thicker denim. So Jeepin is correct in saying they make all sorts

dude, I already told you I've tried more expensive jeans. My girlfriend used to buy me shit like that all the time because she knew I loved jeans. It's all the same shit. They're all made for like $2. Jesus Christ.

I'm not saying that some don't fit people better. I'm a taller, thin guy, so I can't speak for curvier or bigger people. I was simply saying that they had tons of different cuts and colors and offer that classic look. If you don't like em, that's okay
