from what i understand, its Weapon XI, and also (unfortunately) Deadpool . apparently they give him everyones powers (as seen in the trailer), retractable arm swords, cyclops optical blasts, but the rumor is his body doesn't accept all the shit they give him, and by the end he resembles more the Deadpool we all know and love.

Yeah, they've been able to pass on Wolverine's healing factor for a long time through DNA work...probably like the 80's or something. That was the only power that I was aware of them giving to other mutant though.

I'll agree with bbehe in just level of screen time/badassness. The opening part when Deadpool was going apeshit on those dudes with the gun was cool but I would have liked to see him fight one on one with a mutant or do some more apeshit stuff. And they kinda made Gambit a little too effeminate. I would have liked to see him fighting more.
