looks like everything might come out during the wedding.....
i wonder how the writers deal with it not knowing if it's just the season finale, or the last episode ever. I guess they have to wrap it up pretty good, with maybe someone from fulcrum escaping, or Orian being kidnapped again or something. Then if there is a next season, Chuck re-inserts the Intersect in his head on purpose, or something like that

My guess is the producers knew there was a good chance it would be canceled so they set the show up to potentially end here. Chances are the finale will leave us at a point where the show could end if they don't return. Smart idea really for the sake of the fans. My guess is it ends with a cliffhanger like "will Chuck reinsert the intersect" or something.

if chuck's been a spy for almost 2 years why have they not taught him how to fight a little bit or shoot a gun? maybe not carry one ever, but at least be able to just in case.

i know it's not a serious show, and i've seen all of them, but i was hoping since it's near the end (i think) that we'd get to see him be kinda a little bit of a badass for the last couple.

yeah, maybe, but it's still a way to show that product placement or advertising can work, and I'd be happy participating in it, had I not gone to subway anyway yesterday.

but thousands of pictures of people eating at subway may help convince NBC they can charge higher advertising premiums or that it has a devoted, if not huge, audience.

^^ it hasn't been renewed for S3 yet, and the ratings are low. This might be the last episode.

this episode feels rushed - they are going from plot-to-plot too quickly..... could have worked better as a 2 hour, or an extended 50 minute one

i kind of think that the whole overblown matrix thing is a way to make a lack of season three more palatable. but i hope that if the show gets renewed, they find a plausible way to remove his invincibility.

i was just thinking - it would have been cool if Awesome played a little bigger role in the last episode, since he's in on the gig now. I think he knew something was up and helped try to calm his parents down, but I think it would have been cool if he got in on some of the shooting action, or saw it go down and saw Sarah and Casey in action

I'd really hate to see this show go...there are so many unanswered questions that are brought up by Chuck being loaded with Intersect 2.0.

It even seemed like Bryce was scared of what would happen to him with it in his head (even Orion wasn't sure what all the mods he made would do)...this muscle memory programming might only be the tip of the iceberg.

Plus even just having Chuck uploaded with super skills could bring up huge morality issues for season 3...just because Chuck has all this badassery doesn't mean that he'll be willing to use it just because Beckman says so. With great power comes great responsibility!

The whole episode was fucking awesome though...I bought my footlong last night (I hate subway)...I'd be so pissed if this was dropped for Jay Leno...

I wouldn't say that's not looking good. The delay gives me reason to think that NBC is trying to work out someway of keeping Chuck through some sort of shortened run of 12-13 episodes and not airing until the spring of 2010.
