Will time served at a reeducation camp count toward the volunteer requirement?

ditto. ours was per year. 20 hours isn't hard at all though especially at the school i went to. there were like a bajillion things on campus that counted toward hours (because my school had preK - 12 so you could tutor kids or volunteer at the after school care thing). we also had the special olympics on campus so you could get a bunch from that every year. it was pretty slack (for my school) just because everyone there had the means to volunteer and they made some really, really dumb things count (not the tutoring, etc but some other stuff that definitely shouldn't have counted.)

plus i think everyone just lied about it anyway. but i was too dumb to think of lying.
