New episode Tuesday and season finale Wednesday. It's an hour long and will have many guest appearances. I say season finale because there's been talk of bringing it back along with Zack Braff, who would work on the show on a "part-time" basis.

First new episode I've actually been able to catch and one of the main characters is leaving. This makes me sad cause now I feel old after always seeing so many damn scrubs episodes on. Never been the same for me as a whole since Kelso left.

i've never watched Scrubs on a regular basis, but i've seen more than my fair share of episodes, and I've always really, really enjoyed it whenever I do catch an episode. For some reason, though, it never grabbed me so that I'd have to watch it every week.

Scrubs does have an uncanny ability, though, to get me nearly choked up at the end of every episode. They do great mixing the funny with the sentimental

I thought it was a good finale and JD's thoughts on how he's grown from his first day there were great. I knew at some point Dr. Cox would reveal how important JD was to the hospital and I thought that scene was done very well. Interesting to finally hear the Janitor's name, if it was his real name. I was really hoping his name would be Neil Flynn, and maybe it is. I'd still be interested in watching the show even without JD, but I don't think the inner monolgue would work as well with anyone else. It would be interesting to see what direction they take the show if it is renewed.

No Branden Fraiser...I was hoping he'd be in there. I don't think Tara Reid was in there either which would have been cool to see. Also a small senitmental part of me wanted to see MJ Fox there too.

Either way it was cool for them to dig up as many old faces as they could. Mrs Wilks, Jill Tracy, the escaping grandma, etc. Definitely gave me a tingle at the end.

This show will definitely not be the same w/o Braff, but I think they could do a fair job of it with the remaining characters + the new interns (Jo is fucking hilarious) so if they renew I'll definitely watch.

What I want to know is how it will work without him. Will the episodes be similar to the "his/hers" ones where each episode focuses the thoughts of someone else? Or will they just eliminate that aspect of the show entirely? It seems to me that would destroy the show. But I'm not sure the show would work bouncing between characters every episode.

Not all the great guest appearances were in there, but I think they did a good job with what they could muster up. Hell this season was never supposed to happen anyway so i'll take it.
