It's rare that a WR can bench 400 lbs but not unheard of. Reggie Bush could do it while at USC. Brooks Foster at UNC maxes 405.

Harvin is ~6 feet. Wouldn't really say he's short.

oh i understand that short dudes have a distinct advantage

i understand lots of football players can do it

but man, the way his body is designed, and with the way his training should be focusing on speed and agility

for him to still find a way to lift 405, even at a max, is really hard to believe

i forgot he was sidelined for most of 2008 and wouldn't have been able to do much training other than lifting

i am now more inclined to think about believing this...
