Looks like the refs are hosing VT


VT is going to come out fired up. I don't think our team does a good job of sensing when the opponent has stepped up their intensity and doing the same.

VT got back into it by stepping up their defense and we didn't respond, and we finally got back into it thanks to the refs.

did anyone else see the guy down low and hook costner trying to get position and flop to the ground. there was NO WAY it should have been a foul on costner. It was a great call be the ref and about time greenburg got T'D up. I'm kinda surprised he didn't get ejected.

Also, GREAT JOB of hitting all 4 ft's during that important momentum changing stretch of the game. That was big. It's easy to choke when you're on the line and there is noone around you.

the charge was questionable and the foul on Tracy was bad. But the hold that led to the technical was legit. I saw some questionable calls they called on us too. No game is going to be called perfectly....i just usually expect the really shitty calls against us

i guess we sort of split the difference between the miami game (up 14 at half with OT win) and florida game (up 10 at half with last second loss).

we have definitely lost every big halftime lead we've gotten this season. (all 2 of them against decent teams)

I think refs make a bigger sometimes subtle difference in games than people realize, at least with momentum and getting in the players heads
