The issue most of us Rangers fans are having (except PackHockey12, since he's a moron), is that we all came into this series not expecting much of anything -- went up 2-0, figured "oh hey, we can win this thing", then watched them going back to the unscoring mess they were when they limped down the stretch.

give me a break, I didn't believe we were going to win this series and then we won the first two and the fourth and I thought we could pull out the upset. But I guess in the end we reverted back to playing the same game we have been playing all season even though we turned it around for the first two periods in game 7. The fact that Brown got 5 and a game for this clearly shows that a)the Red Wings have built themselves up so high in their ivory tower mentality that they feel invulnerable and b)there is a clear knee-jerk reaction from the refs to protect the beloved Red Wings. Disagree, while Hudler shouldn't have been watching his pass, the hit was late and definitely aimed at his head...very similar to the brashear/betts hit, though not as late...
