honestly though, what bigger things can she really do? i dont like a lot of things about espn nowadays, but they are a pretty damn big and powerful media outlet, easily the biggest in all of sports...is she trying to become a CBS Evening News Anchor or some shit? cause i dont think the "sex tape" approach is the way to go for a job like that...does she want her own show on E! or something?

The jury found the dude 51% guilty and the hotel 49% guilty, as far as who owed what. I don't think the hotel was conspiring with the man or anything so they get the short end. But I'd guess a hotel could afford to pay 26.95MM easier than an individual could pay 28.05MM.
