It's funny when people that aren't fat or have never been fat theorize on what goes on inside a fat person's head. I feel bad when I see someone that's fat, because I've been there, and I know that if they had someone in their life encouraging them to change course, they have the power to become healthy. It can be difficult to find the motivation to work hard and lose weight when you can't even look at yourself in the mirror, though. There's no benefit from being fat. It destroys your confidence and your health.

I don't get that one. Fat people drive up premiums for everyone, including fat people.
