It's cute how you deflect all advice the requires you to be a responsible adult as people being on a high horse.

At some point, you gotta put on the big boy pants and be a fucking adult.

So we should cut you some slack in regards to the whole creating a child thing huh? Congratulations on your accomplishments so far, as if they have any merit in regards to this topic. T-dub isn't taking jabs at you, t-dub is trying to give you real advice. Another quality user we have here, asking for advice and going all rawr rawr rawr because he doesn't like the response...

Given your situation, I'm going to say you are a working class bumble bee, in which case your life span is about 5 days, so why the fuck haven't you died yet?

I know its been said already, but if you're not ready for a child, and cannot properly use BC or other contraceptive devices, then DON'T FUCK. Learn to get your rocks off some other way until you can financially afford to bring a life into this world.

As a man:

Putting on a condom really does ruin the romancelust.

As a father of one who knows how much more (time for) romance there is now compared to if there was another baby:

Putting on a condom really does ruin the romancesave the bank account/quiet/amount of lotion in the house.

$1000 deductible, 80/20 split up to $2000 max out of pocket, then protection up to $1 million if I recall correctly. Its what I have while I wait for my big boy job insurance to kick in (note: I'm not all up on my parent's insurance like some uppity white bitch)

Ok i'll correct your "maybe" considering I deal with this daily (as this derails the lol worthy thread further)

If you are in an auto accident, a hospital or dr may attempt to bill the liability insurance first, although most hospitals & drs don't "accept" liability. It is still your job as a patient to make sure you file any auto accident related treatment with your health insurance be it private, state or federal. State or federal will want compensation from any payments they made on your bill (not write offs or reductions) once liability is settled. Private will want compensation depending on how the health ins plan is funded. Self pay? You'll pocket all liabiliy money. Otherwise they will subrogate.

Oh...and besides health insurance, get UNDERinsurance coverage on your vehicle people. This is a PSA from your PI paralegal. Have a nice day!

I fail to see how any couple can get so caught up in a romantic moment that they forget the condom/their pill/etc. I sure as hell always had "don't wanna be a baby mama" in the back of my mind during sex, until I got the IUD put in about 2.5 years ago.

If you can do things like work, feed yourself, and pay bills on time, then you have enough mental competence to remember the condom.

Orgasms for men bare back are ten thousand e 87 times better than with a con on.

A lot of guys can't orgasm at all with a con and have to teach themselves how to do it by masturbation.

I think that for women it doesn't make much of a difference though, except that maybee the guys penis doesnt reach full hardness

Just FYI and yes this is no excuse blah blah blah

It doesn't ruin the "romance", but unless everything is executed "perfectly", it can ruin the sexual experience.

About 90% of the sex I've had has been spread around with 4 or 5 girlfriends who were on BC and we were condom-less. This makes my dick entirely use to riding uninhibited and free to explore the beauties of the inside of a vagina. Then when I'm single and have to put on a condom, it's like making your kid put on three layers of clothes and then taking him to Myrtle Waves. He's not going to be excited anymore, he's going to be pissed and he's just going to stand there and sulk, possibly sit down, but definitely not want to do anything.

Most of the times that I've had sex when I'm single, I've been intoxicated, so there's always the possibility of liquor dick being a factor. So you're getting some action, sex becomes a possibility, then you have to FIRST, find a fucking condom...and you want to do this fast so your liquor dick doesn't come back. In your wallet? In your car? In your jeans pocket? Under the bed? In the nightstand drawer?? Then you got to rip that little packet open (some are much much easier than others...but there are a few difficult ones out there). Then hopefully by the time you put it on your little kid is still excited to go down the Turbo Twister with a ski jacket and long johns on. Too many damn obstacles to overcome to have sexy-time. I use to have condoms stashed all over the place so I would never waste anytime having to find one when the opportunity came about.

Bottom-line is that condoms suck. They don't affect the "romance", but they could affect the actual "act"...which is just disappointing.

^wow. i was unaware it was such an issue!

in my experience when things didnt go "perfectly" (ie the pack wouldn't open, hell one time the condom itself ripped) we were able to laugh it off and go on.

[Edited on January 5, 2011 at 11:18 AM. Reason : and honestly the laughing part was kinda romantic to me, it was a sign of comfort ]

You can laugh it off with a significant other, but it can definitely be disappointing with a one-night stand or someone you're just starting to see and you want to make a good impression. It doesn't usually ruin the whole experience as I normally move onto other "activities" that don't involve the use of condoms...but it's still a little disappointing.

Again...I'm someone who's been heavily influenced by dating girls who are on BC and I've rarely ever used condoms. And when I do, it sucks. Dick's get used to being unhindered.

Oh...and everybody's different of course. I've dated girls who absolutely hate condoms and I've met others who say they can barely feel the difference.

So, to each his own. Although I'll say that the majority of guys feel the same about condoms.

I've definitely rolled the dice before (like an idiot).

But,

1) I almost always use condoms on one night stands or the "first time" with someone I'm seeing ("almost" hence the "roll the dice" comment).

2) I get tested after every sexual partner. I tell the girl that and most of the time they say "I'm clean too." Most of the time that comes with a "I've been tested recently as well" comment...but sometimes it doesn't. Either way, I'm way too trusting with the girl. But oh well.

3) Either way...my sleeping around days are pretty much over and I've gotten through it unscathed (with a little dumb luck), so although my process definitely hasn't been fool proof, it worked!
