I really don't understand why there's no Big Team Objective mode in this (yet). Big Team CTF was my all-time favorite mode. I just really hate teeny-tiny maps.

Legendary waffles in between managable and "fuck in you in the ass" difficult. Nerdraged out hard several times. Then again I'm trying this alone so that might play into it.

Still really enjoying this game...I might hold off on BLOPS2 to get a verdict from the Warriors and stick with Halo.

Legendary Solo was pretty easy...

I hate XBL. My ping on there is always just high enough that I always lose out in those clutch moments. This is odd because my ping whenever I do any other online gaming is flawless.

I too got this game. Has everything I liked about Halo 2 and 3, the armor abilities plus talents are just enough to give you a little bit of customization to your loadouts, and overall looks great. Loving it so far.

I definitely preferred the DMR to the BR in the short time I played.

not really agreeing. i feel like this game is way faster pace than any other halo. i had to bump my sensitivity from my usual 5 to 7 just to get my shots off quicker.

anyway, Im loving Dominion and regicide is fun too. oh and the flood guys look absolutely awesome.

it is faster than reach but i'm not sure about the old ones - it's been too long to remember. it's still too slow in my opinion. it sucks that there isn't any reward for being more accurate. 2-3 BR bursts to the head should be more than enough to kill... the 'hit anywhere X times and THEN we count accuracy' just sucks and only serves to give kids kills they have no business getting

My halo 4 review. First of all, I was a huge h1, 2, and 3 fan. Reach turned me over to cod, been playing cod for, what seems like, 3 years.

I started with the campaign with a buddy because the halo storyline is one of my favorite parts. I think this game totally missed the campaign mark. I used to replay the campaigns over and over on the first three, but will not on this one. I was soooo tired of using the same beam weapon to kill the same robots. Very frustrating. And the ending was by far the worst ending I have seen in a halo game.

Mp? Well, I played 4 slayer matches...got my ass handed to me because apparently it takes 17 br clips to kill somebody, and I just couldn't take it any longer.

I wanted this game to be the halo revival game, but for me, it is not. I hate to be so negative on this game, but it is not what I expected...it's worse.

Now, I was so pissed after that halo ending that I went out and got bo2 the next day. Bo2 is slick. Mp is great, campaign is great. So, unfortunately, it looks like I'll be sticking with another cod game.

Anyway. Halo has always had shields...they're part of the mythos and part of the multiplayer. It's always taken several shots with any weapon to bring them down, and then a clean headshot to finish. I don't really get people bringing up slow gameplay in relationship to bringing down an opponent's shield. FWIW a scoped Lightrifle will bring down shields in fewer rounds than the DMR, so give that a try if you haven't as of yet.

Im happy to hear it takes a lot to bring opp down. As a fan of older cps games I always bated the few shots ur dead playstyle od cod games. This is doubly true in ctf or other similar modes. Cue the dawdle rawr it req more skill responses if u like but I'm just not a fan. Big teams. Low respawn spamfests are what I find more exciting/fun. I guesswork that's why tf2 with24 ppl has endured for me.

Anybody still playing this with regularity? I've really been enjoying it.

One quick note, if you're new to the MP game and are concerned with your K/D, you can do Spartan Ops first and earn XP to level up and unlock weapons and "perks" to better equip yourself for War Games. Sadly I learned this lesson too late and am in a significant hold K/D wise.
